Shipping & Delivery
We are happy to offer free UK postage and packing to all our UK customer. Our orders are aimed to be shipped the next day and customers usually recieve goods between 3-5 days. By choosing 'Best Way' option on checkout customers will recieve their items via 1st class method rather than our 2nd class service. All our orders are usually shipped via Royal Mail, we will however sometimes use an alternative delivery method if it is more suitable . International customers can consider shipping goods via the Royal Mail airmail service. Please Note: Applicable duty and taxes may be imposed additional costs. Check your local customs office for more information.

We are not responsible for shipping delays that are a result of credit card/billing problems, product availability delays, or order changes made after the order has been placed. If your order is received, the inventory is in stock and your credit card information matches the information you supplied with your order

Returns & Replacements
We want you to be happy with your order! If you are not entirely satisfied Sticker Stocker offer a 30-day returns policy for all products on our website.

The following terms and conditions apply to all refunds.

You must inform us in writing, by email within 14 days of receipt of your order (the date of delivery will be recorded by our carriers) that you wish to return goods or if you have any damages, faults or shortages.

Sticker Stocker cannot accept responsibility after this period.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging. Goods should not have been used in any way and should be in an undamaged condition.

For unwanted items the cost of carriage incurred for sending the goods out will be deducted from the refund and the customer is responsible for any return carriage.

Shopping with is guaranteed to be safe and secure. Our web site is encrypted with the latest technology, you can pay with PayPal or, if you don't have a PayPal account you can pay with your credit card through our PayPal gateway secure server.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept Paypal and Amazon payments, If you pay via PayPal web site, you can pay with all major credit cards even if you don't have a PayPal account. The same applies with Amazon payments, choosing this option will allow you to use the secure debit information already registered through your Amazon account .
Viewing Orders
You can view and track your order at any time via the My Account section of the website. We will also send you email updates and confirmations regarding the status of your order
Updating Account Information
You need to be logged into the site to update any account information. All changes can be made through the my account section of site
